Where the promotions live
On the UK site the promotions sit behind the Promotions link in the main navigation, and on mobile behind the Promos button in the strip at the top of the screen. Both lead to the same Offers page, which has four tabs:
- All – everything currently available to you in one list;
- Sports – FreeBets, Odds Boosts, Back Up Bets and similar sports deals;
- Casino – slot offers such as Free Spins or Win Spins;
- Live Casino – offers tied to live dealer tables.
Visit the page without signing in and you mostly see a prompt: «Please login to check personalised offers.» Much of what appears is personalised: the list in your account may differ from a friend's, even on the same day.
Since 19 January 2026 the split between tabs is more than cosmetic: UK rules no longer allow promotions that mix products, such as a sports bet that earns casino spins. Older guides describing a combined sports-and-casino welcome deal are out of date.
How to read an offer before you join it
Each card on the Offers page has a More Info button, and it is worth opening every time. Inside you will find:
- the full terms and conditions for that offer;
- a progress tracker for offers with several steps;
- controls to activate, pause or delete it;
- an Offer History going back six months.
The most common mistake is betting first and opting in afterwards. A qualifying £10 bet struck five minutes before the opt-in earns nothing, because the offer ignores anything placed earlier.
Unless an offer says otherwise, rewards are credited within 7 days of qualifying, and FreeBets carry an expiry date shown on screen. If you are a newcomer, the sign-up deal also lives on this page; our breakdown of the welcome bonus maths walks through what the challenges are worth on £10 stakes.
Rotating offers for existing customers
For existing customers, third-party UK reviews at the time of writing describe Odds Boosts and enhanced accumulators around big events. There is no published calendar, so check the Sports tab before major fixtures. Our guide to offers for existing players sorts these by type and main restriction.
Some offers arrive as a 12-digit PromoCode rather than a card on the page. You enter those in the cashier, not in the Offers tab; the steps are on the promo codes page.
Permanent features: the value that does not expire
The features below are part of the betting product itself, and for a regular punter they can add more over a season than any single promotion.

Best Odds Guaranteed
Open to UK residents only, BOG applies to win, each way and multiple bets on racing in the UK and Ireland. When the SP returned is longer than the price you took, settlement is at SP.
A worked example: you bet £10 win at 4/1 (5.00) in the morning. The horse drifts and goes off at 6/1 (7.00), then wins. At your price the return would be £50; under BOG you are paid at SP, so the return is £70, an extra £20 for doing nothing.
The guarantee kicks in at 8:00 on race day. Excluded are ante-post bets, forecast and tricast bets, specials, price boosts and enhanced accas, and a bet you cash out loses the guarantee. Extra winnings from BOG stop at £10,000 per day.
Cash Out
Cash Out lets you settle a single or a multiple before the event finishes, at whatever value is offered at that moment. It is not available on system bets or on bets placed with a FreeBet. A cashed-out bet adds nothing to bonus wagering, and promotions, the welcome challenges included, generally leave such bets out.
Edit My Bet
Edit My Bet lets you change an open bet, before kick-off or in-play, on selected markets. Technically the original bet is cashed out and a new one placed, so an edited bet may no longer qualify for a promotion it was part of.
Build a Bet and Build a Bet+
Build a Bet combines two or more selections from the same event into one bet, such as a match result plus a goalscorer. Build a Bet+ goes further and lets you add legs from other events. One void leg makes its whole Build a Bet void. Neither Edit My Bet nor Back Up Bet works with these bets, so they will not trigger a refund-style offer.
A sensible routine
Check the Offers tab before you bet, not after, and treat BOG and Cash Out as tools rather than reasons to bet more. If promotions start to drive how often you play, use the deposit limits and time-out tools in your account, or talk to GamCare or BeGambleAware. 18+ only.
